You set the three amounts, and change them whenever you like. A custom amount always sits alongside them.
Important details
- Software is billed monthly. Buy the box and service is month to month, cancelable at any time. No money down carries a 24-month term per box.
- Tip Box comes in two sizes. The full-size box is $599, or nothing down at $79 per month. The Tip Box Mini is $199, or nothing down at $69 per month. Software is the same $59 either way.
- Receipts, fund accounting, donor records and the reconciliation export are all included at no extra cost.
- Processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on each gift, charged as a cost on the transaction.
- Depending on your state rules that cost can be taken out of the gift, absorbed by your organization, or covered by the donor at the box.
- Additional boxes are $29 per month each on the standard plan, either size. With no money down, additional full-size boxes are $49 per month each and additional Minis are $39 per month each, and every box carries its own 24-month term from the date it is installed. Delivery and any tax are quoted separately.
