Important details
- Software is billed monthly. Buy the box and service has a 6-month minimum per box; after that it runs month to month and can be canceled on 30 days notice. No money down carries a 24-month term per box.
- Receipts, fund accounting, donor records and the reconciliation export are all included at no extra cost.
- Processing is charged as a cost on each gift. Depending on your state rules it can be taken out of the gift, absorbed by your organization, or covered by the donor at the box.
- Each box you add is billed at the same rate as the first, and its minimum or term starts on the date it is installed. Delivery and any tax are quoted separately.
